Windermere’s Brand New MV Swift took to the waters of Windermere recently.
Windermere Lake Cruises’ brand-new 300-seat MV Swift embarked on its maiden voyage last Sunday, October 25th 2020.
The boat is smaller than other boats in their fleet and is fully accessible for disabled passengers.
The vessel was built at Lakeside, and after being inspected by the Maritime and Coastguard Agency, granted a Passenger Certificate ready for service.
The launch of this new boat has come at a time of significant uncertainty in the tourism industry.
