Ulverston Cycle Hub:
Renovation work has recently been completed on a derelict building on Ulverston railway station.
The Grade II listed Water Tower has been transformed into a brand new café and cycle hub.
The building is on two levels with the upper level having a comfortable seating area with displays of bikes and accessories for sale.
Subsequently, downstairs will house the workshop and point of sale where fresh coffee and snacks are available.
Opening times are planned to coincide with commuters using the nearby station.
Furthermore, the hub will eventually link in with the Morecambe Bay Cycle Way.
Above all, the facility will now be available to cyclists doing the 81-mile route.
