The Stunning Cartmel Magna Carta Festival:
Cartmel is all set to host a unique festival this weekend.
The term ” Cumbria’s Cathedral City ” in miniature is ready to host the Cartmel Magna Carta 800 which kicks off tomorrow to celebrate eight centuries since the charter of rights.
Furthermore, battle re-enactments will take place at the medieval camp in Fairfield Paddock and a flower festival will be held in the Priory.
Each evening, Cartmel Priory will host The Son et Lumiere show starting at 7pm.
