There is enough here to keep the whole family entertained for the day.
The Centre at Brockhole boasts 30 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds.
The grounds have magnificent views across Windermere to the Langdales.
They were designed by Thomas Mawson and, includes, among other things, magnificent displays of magnolias, rhododendrons and camellias.
You’ll also find an amazing adventure playground, the Tree Top Trek high ropes experience and mini-golf.
The grounds also include an art trail – lines of poetry and unusual sculptures are among the pieces of art on display.
