Today’s great weather certainly brought out the crowds this Good Friday at Fell Foot Park near Newby Bridge.
Sitting at the bottom end of Windermere, the park offers a pleasant place for the whole family to spend an afternoon.
The property is owned by the National Trust and is a great day out for children.
There is a children’s playground, safe access to Windermere for paddling and boat hire.
The views up Windermere are stunning on a clear day.
Fell Foot is a great location for a picnic and is only 20 minutes away from Lothlorien at Kents Bank Holiday.
